BRIEF HISTORY

Vetra Homes Limited is an indigenous Property Development Company, which started operation in 2008 as a property development and general business company but has been operating mainly in the housing sector responding to the calls for participation in solving the housing gap in Nigeria.

Formerly known as Vetra Ventures Limited. Vetra Homes Limited is strategically thrust in the development of middle- and low-income housing in the country. We approach property planning from the customers’ perspective in providingthe homes that are luxurious, sophisticated, safe, has an enduring value that is affordable, comfortable, elegant and functional.

Our current portfolio cuts across three states in the country, including, Lagos (Western Park Estate, Bogije, Ibeju Lekki, Skygate Estate, Phase One and Phase Two, Ibeju Lekki. Pride Park Estate, Phase One and Phase Two Ikorodu). Ogun (Crystal Park Estate,Phase One and Phase Two, Mowe-Ofada, Skygate Estate Agbara-Igbesa, Skygate Estate Isheri, BlueBell court Igbesa, Skygate Royale Igbesa). Oyo(Platinum Park Estate, Moniya, Ibadan).

Our business model is premised on project development and delivery through direct investment and joint ventures.

The Company has on its leadership, Mr. Ayodeji Fifo, a seasoned Real Estate Practitioner with years of experience that cut across various continents. He has worked in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and is presently leading the team of the Vetra Homes Limited.
